If you love yourself if you aspire to perfection should care first of all of the health and appearance. The way to health cannot lie through adiposity. To speak about harm of excess weight it is needless, everyone know statistics of chronic diseases and the reasons of death of modern people. The most part of these troubles results from a wrong way of life, a feed and superfluous weight of a body.
In the 45 years at growth of 177 cm I weighed 109-110 kg. However the settlement weight of my body should not exceed 80-85 kg in view of age. It turns out, that daily and every second I dragged on myself a backpack with fat in weight more than 25 kg. Try to put on itself such cargo and to jump a little. This kg has accumulated at me for twenty years of excesses and neglects to the person. I have decided to follow the road of self-improvement and to change myself. To work above itself I began on June, 25, 2008.
The first and most important rule for people who wants to grow thin and engage in harmonious development of the person will be, that this process is huge work and heavy, uncompromising work above itself and struggle against the laziness.
For the beginning it is necessary to analyze structure of your feed. To exclude from a diet the basic sources of additional calories. At the first stage I had to refuse the use of alcoholic drinks and cola.
